Measure the circumference at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your torso, generally 2–3 cm above the navel.
Hips
Measure the circumference at the widest part of your hips, approximately 20 cm below the waist.
