At Dentelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with European e-commerce regulations.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• With all original tags still attached
• In the original packaging or equivalent
• Free of perfume, stains, or signs of use

Non-Refundable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

• Items purchased in a final sale (unless defective)
• Personalised or made-to-measure items
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, write to hello@dentelle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items or errors on our part.
