Bust / Chest
Measure the circumference at the widest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your bust, generally 2–3 cm above the navel.
Hips
Measure the circumference at the widest part of your hips, about 20 cm below the waist.
Advice
Use a soft measuring tape and have someone assist you for more accurate measurements.
