Return and Refund Policy
At Dentelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return any item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with European e-commerce regulations.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With all original tags still attached
- In the original packaging or an equivalent package
- Free from perfumes, stains, or signs of use
Non-Refundable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
- Items purchased on final sale (unless defective)
- Customized or made-to-measure items
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email hello@dentelle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification upon confirmation of the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items or errors on our part.
